We can offer a collection and drop off service for an additional fee. Rates will be based on distance, please contact us for further details.


A 50% bond is required to secure your booking.


Full payment of charges for boarding is required at (or before) the time of dropping off of your rabbit/s.


Advance payment for boarding is required in order to secure your booking. In the event you wish to cancel your
booking, you must give us written notice of the cancellation before the nominated drop-off date to be eligible for a full refund, including bond.


If you do not give us written notice of the cancellation of your booking before the nominated drop-off date, your bond will not be refunded.


We will only board rabbits of 12 weeks or older with documented proof of current vaccination records (in the form of an official vaccination certificate or vaccination card from your vet; preferably within 6 months before check-out date, but within 12 months is acceptable).


All juvenile rabbits must have completed their full course of booster shots prior to being admitted to our boarding facilities.

Food & Medication

Your rabbit/s will be fed a balanced diet of hay and vegetables (celery tops, Asian greens, kale and home-grown rabbit-safe herbs) with a very small amount of home-made fruit/hay-based treats.

If your rabbit/s require a special diet (e.g.pellets other than Oxbow, Vetafarm or Burgess), you must supply us with enough to last the full duration of your rabbit/s stay.


If the supply is insufficient, we will purchase additional quantities from the nearest supply store. You will be required to reimburse us for the cost of the purchase upon pickup and you will be given the leftovers to take home upon pickup.

Health, Safety & Hygiene

Although we will take all reasonable care to ensure the health and safety of your rabbit/s, you agree that we will not be held liable for any illness, injury, accident, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever which your rabbit/s may suffer unless proven to our satisfaction to have been directly caused by our negligence or misconduct.

All bunny owners must ensure that their bunnies are up to date with their vaccinations. As Calivirus is highly
infectious and fatal, to ensure the health and safety of each and every boarder we will not board any bunnies without up to date vaccination records.

You agree that if your rabbit/s contracts pasteurella, calicivirus or myxomatosis, we will not be held liable under any circumstances for any injury, accident, death, loss or damage to your rabbit/s in connection with contracting these diseases.

In the event of a minor illness of or injury to your rabbit/s, you agree that we may apply first aid or other medical treatment as we deem fit or appropriate at our sole discretion to your rabbit/s and you will be notified ASAP of any
issues via your preferred contact method, or upon collection of your pet if we cannot get hold of you.

When you first book in your rabbit, you will be required to provide an emergency contact and the contact details of your preferred vet. In the event that your rabbit requires veterinary care, the following steps will be taken:

1. You will be contacted by phone in the first instance and be advised of the situation. Your instructions on how to proceed will be carried out by us, including taking your rabbit to your nominated vet.

2. If we are unable to contact you, we will contact your emergency contact person to request for instructions.

3. If we are unable to contact either yourself or your emergency contact person, and the situation requires urgent
veterinary attention, we will take your rabbit/s to your nominated vet. In the case of an after-hours emergency and your nominated veterinary clinic is closed, your rabbit/s will be taken to the closest after-hours emergency vet, which is The Animal Hospital, located in Murdoch WA.

In the highly unlikely event that your rabbit/s dies during its/their stay with us, we will notify you as soon as practicable and you must arrange collection within 24 hours.

All cages, flooring, play pens and litter trays are cleaned with diluted white vinegar on a daily basis, and disinfected with F10 weekly. This process is repeated when each bunny checks out and all items used by the bunny are washed with detergent and hot water, and then disinfected again with F10.
